Nevada is a state in the Western, Mountain West, and Southwestern regions of the
. Nevada is the 7th most extensive, the 35th most populous, and the 9th least densely populated of the 50 United States. Nevada received statehood in 1864, and became the 36th state to join the Union.
The state borders
Oregon and Idaho to the north, Utah to the east, Arizona to the south, and California to the west.
In August of
2012, some of the Young Men traveled to the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe and rented a boat at Sand Harbor in Incline Village. They took their rental boat out on the Nevada side of the lake.
In July of
2013, Barry Neal, John Quereto, Kalani Quereto, and Travis Neal stopped at an In-N-Out in Las Vegas. They also drove past the famous Las Vegas strip and saw the smoke from a large fire outside the city.
In January of
2016, Travis Neal started out on a big road trip to Utah and Idaho. He stopped in Reno to see the Reno Arch, spent a night in Elko, and stopped in West Wendover to see Wendover Will on the way to Utah. On the way back, Travis stopped in Virginia City to see the old mining town and Sand Harbor, to see where he and some of the other Young Men went back in 2012.
