Leavitt Peak is a mountain peak in the Hoover Wilderness area of Toiyabe National Forest. It stands at 10,800 feet, and is known for being a point on the Pacific Crest Trail. The peak is located on the border between Mono County and Tuolumne County. From Leavitt Peak, you can see Yosemite National Park to the south, and Lake Tahoe to the north.
Leavitt Peak is also considered the highest point ever traveled to in Danville 2nd Ward Young Men.
