Statistical Area. The city lies along Jordan Creek, a tributary of the Owyhee River; the creek is named for a 19th-century prospector, Michael M. Jordan. The population was 181 at the 2010 census.
In February of 2016, Travis Neal took a big road trip. After visiting Jeremy Glenn for a few days in Providence, Utah, and staying a week in Rexburg, Travis took a scenic route back home. He stopped in Boise and Jordan Valley, to cut through a corner of Oregon.
